By registering for the HamptonU Wealth Building Summit, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All payments, including deposits and installment payments, are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• The final balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival (May 19, 2027).
• Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund of payments already made.
• Participants who cancel or are unable to attend for any reason will not receive a refund or credit toward a future event.

Your summit package includes three nights of accommodations (June 18–21, 2027), scheduled summit activities, and designated round-trip group transportation between San José and Puerto Viejo.

The following expenses are not included in the summit package:

• International airfare to and from Costa Rica.
• Meals and beverages unless specifically identified as included in the summit itinerary.
• Transportation outside the designated group shuttle service.
• Hotel accommodations before June 18 or after June 21, including any overnight stay in San José.
• Optional excursions, personal purchases, and other incidental expenses.

Option 1: Complimentary Group Shuttle

The included group shuttle departs from the designated pickup location at the Barceló San José Hotel at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 18, 2027.

Option 2: Afternoon Shuttle

An optional afternoon shuttle departing San José at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 18, 2027, is available for an additional $65 per person. Reservations and payment for this shuttle must be completed at least 30 days before arrival.

Important: Participants are responsible for arriving at their designated pickup location on time. If you miss either shuttle, you must arrange and pay for your own transportation to Puerto Viejo. Missed shuttle services are not refundable.

Return Shuttle — Monday, June 21

The complimentary return shuttle departs Puerto Viejo at 8:00 AM for San José. We recommend booking return flights departing after 4:00 PM, preferably 5:00 PM or later, to allow sufficient time for traffic, airport check-in, and security.

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights, ensuring they have valid travel documents, and meeting Costa Rica's entry requirements.

Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control. Participants are responsible for any additional expenses resulting from missed flights, delayed arrivals, or changes to their personal travel plans.

We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

In the event that the HamptonU Wealth Building Summit is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made toward their summit package, including deposits and installment payments.

Refunds will be limited to payments made directly to the summit organizers. The organizers are not responsible for reimbursing airfare, independently booked hotel accommodations, or other travel-related expenses.

By registering and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the nonrefundable and nontransferable payment policy and the provisions regarding summit cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers.
