DEAH:
My experience of Costa Rica is something that unfortunately cannot entirely be captured with mere words. So, I’ll try my best to verbally highlight some experiences that happened during my CR experience to help transform my life, and exclusively with guru Tanya Woodson Monestel, her resources, expertise and gifts.
Before I speak about my experience, I must speak of the aesthetic and beauty of Costa Rica, as the unparalleled beauty of this country is unmatched; from its vast contrasts of mountains and waterfalls to the big city life (San Jose), to the Caribbean coast and rainforest (Puerto Viejo). I experienced wildlife there up close and personal that I’ve only borne witness to on television, including the blue morph and toucans. Through Tanya’s program, we were guided through a well-rounded, active, spiritual and stimulating experience, with access to some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen, opportunities for horseback riding at sunset, zip lining, kayaking, rain forest hikes, night life, exquisite cuisine of Costa Rica, reiki and yoga sessions, and one of my favorites - her infamous Angel Readings.
Because of this unique experience with w/Tanya, I’ve experienced a transformative journey over the past 6 years. I’ve shed over 150 lbs after experiencing Costa Rica, and not because of any tailored or intense exercise and eating plan or medications. My transformation was kicked into high gear specifically by way of an angel reading with Tanya. Angel readings are her ability to tap into the higher source, and not only her guides and angels, but to access our own guides and angels as well, to help safely navigate us on our individual journeys. Through these angel reading experiences, she can offer advice and insight to living a higher vibrational life than what a person is currently experiencing, and therefore offer a greater existence and totality of health and witness for each individual. Through Tanya and her readings, I was able to finally let go of the past pain and trauma of losing my mother at an early age, and I was released from the grief that had me trapped for so many years. The release of grief allowed me to “release the physical weight” that had been slowing me down for so many years, and for that I am forever grateful. A whole new world has opened up for me, including crystal and reiki healing, vibrational intuition, and even understanding my own existence in the world as a healer and empath.
I would recommend this experience to anyone I come in contact with, but ONLY if you’re ready to live the life you’ve been manifesting and have always dreamt of - because you will have this! Tanya is a master at ALL that she does, as a healer, spiritual guide, yoga master, and tour guide (bonus) to name a few! The decision to experience my wellness Retreat with Tanya, it is hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and has empowered me to live my best, blessed life.
